You are not permitted to modify the content of this website or the Service in any way.

Bookings information is provided by the Provider.  We therefore cannot accept liability for any loss caused by incorrect bookings information or accommodation details.

Your booking is made subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel in question, which you must accept during the booking process.  We do not have control over these terms and conditions, and are not responsible for any aspect of the service the hotel provides. 

Some hotels may require the payment of a deposit where indicated in their terms and conditions.  The hotel is responsible for taking any payment from you and we will not deduct money from your credit card ourselves.

Your ability to cancel or modify a booking, and the method for doing so, will depend on the specific hotel's terms and conditions. It therefore may not be possible to cancel or modify your booking, or there may be specific requirements you will have to meet.

The inclusion of a hotel on the Service does not indicate that we endorse or recommend that hotel.  

We do not make any representation or give any warranty or other assurance (and all such warranties, terms and representations that might otherwise apply by operation of law, practice or otherwise are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted) as to:

We are not liable for and disclaim to the fullest extent permissible under any applicable law all liability and responsibility in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of this Service for any amount or kind of loss, damage, expenses, costs or liability that you or any third party may suffer, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential loss or damage or any loss of income, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or data whether arising in tort, contract, operation of law or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms attempts to or shall be read as limiting or excluding liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or in any other respect for which we cannot legally limit or exclude our liability.

If any of these Terms would otherwise be held invalid, the invalid term or condition shall be interpreted as applicable only to the extent permitted without being invalid and the remainder of the Terms shall not be affected.

These Terms are in addition to the Streetmap website terms and conditions.  If there is any conflict, these Terms will prevail in relation to your use of the Service.

These Terms and any claim based on use of information from this Service shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

We are committed to integrity and professionalism in all areas of our services and therefore we take our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 very seriously. We will use reasonable endeavours to protect your privacy and ensure that Personal Data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) is used only for the purposes below.

We undertake to take reasonable steps, including the implementation of security policies, rules and technical measures, necessary to protect the Personal Data from unauthorised access, improper use and disclosure, unauthorised destruction or accidental loss while it is under our control.

Transmission over the internet is not completely secure.  We cannot guarantee the security of data during transmission to the Site, and any transmission is at your own risk. 

We may collect the following types of information from you in relation to the Service:

We will pass your Personal Data, including any payment details you provide, to the Provider for the purpose of making accommodation bookings.  The Provider will then transfer your Personal Data to the relevant hotel in order to complete any booking you have requested or so that they may respond to any other enquiry you have made.  We may also store your Personal Data on our internal database for a limited period.

Personal Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area where the hotel is situated abroad; such countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those within the EEA.

We will not otherwise share personal information with third parties unless required by law.  We do not lease, rent or sell your Personal Data to any third party. 

We will not use your Personal Data for marketing purposes unless you have given your consent.  However, we cannot control the use of your Personal Data by the Provider or by hotels.  For this reason, you should be satisfied that the hotel with which you book will protect your Personal Data adequately. 

We may use cookies to track your usage of our website- this is to identify any parts of our site that need improvement so that we can improve the customer experience.
